Office Civil Engineer

As a Billing & Documentation Associate, your role involves preparing, verifying, and maintaining client bills, BOQs, and project documentation. You will be responsible for coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth progress and timely updates on site activities. Additionally, you will handle daily office correspondence, project records, and client communication. Your reporting duties will include preparing MIS reports, schedules, and work progress updates for management. Client interaction is a key part of your role, where you will communicate with clients via email, phone, and meetings for billing, clarifications, and approvals. Furthermore, you will provide technical support by reading and interpreting civil drawings, assisting in BBS preparation, and offering AutoCAD support for drawings.
