Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Office Boy to support our factory operations. The role includes managing the purchase shop/store, traveling within the city for various office tasks, and assisting with maintenance of the factory.

The candidate must own a smartphone (to receive tasks and locate destinations using GPS) and must have a valid driving license to carry out city travel efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the purchase store/shop at the factory and maintain inventory.
• Visit markets/vendors to purchase tools, spare parts, and supplies as per the requirement.
• Collect quotations, purchase items, and ensure accurate record-keeping of expenses and bills.
• Travel within the city for tasks like bank visits, courier deliveries, office errands, and client/supplier visits.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the factory premises.
• Support office staff with photocopying, document handling, and filing when needed.
• Act as a point of contact for deliveries and coordinate with suppliers.
• Use Google Maps or other location apps to reach destinations efficiently and on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Age should be 18+
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Must own a smartphone and be able to use navigation apps like Google Maps.
• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Good knowledge of local city areas and market routes.
• Ability to manage basic inventory and handle documents responsibly.
• Honest, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Physically fit and capable of handling small deliveries or minor physical tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
