1. Report at 9.00am Monday to Saturday
2. Open office
3. Start Cleaning Activitiesa.
Dusting of table & Chair
b. Washing bottles & Filing with fresh water
c. Cleaning of glass & tea cups etc.
d. Cleaning of door & windows
e. Cleaning of glass & walls
f. Cleaning of corners
g. Removal of spider net
4. Maintaining cleanliness of washroom (Cleaning not require)
5. Maintaining Conference room
6. Maintaining Water purifier
7. Handling bank Activity
8. Handling post office activity
9. Serving Tea & water to all staff & Guest, maintaining tea vending machine.
10. Visiting outside as per the instruction of superior
11. Serving snacks/Lunch to Sirs as per requirement
12. Receiving calls & Guest in side office
13. Cleaning of vehicles as per instruction
14. Any work informed by Admin Head
15. Closure of office at the end of day
16. Driving of vehicle as and when required
