Job description:
कार्य करने वाला चार्ट
1 शिक्योरिटी डेस्क बाहर निकालना।
2 गारबेज चेन्ज करना।
3 टेबल व कुर्सी की साफ-सफाई। (डस्टिंग)
4 पूरे आॅफिस की साफ-सफाई।
5 टवायलट क्लीन करना। (सुबह य शाम)
6 आॅफिस के बाहर का एरिया साफ करना। (सुबह)
7 गमलों में पानी देना सुबह या शाम दिन में एक बार।
8 मंदिर का दिया साफ करना।
9 सर के केबिन में बोतल में पानी भरकर रखना।
10 आॅफिस स्टाॅफ के लिए सुबह 11ः00 बजे चाय बनाकर देना।
11 02 से 03 बजे के बीच में सर को खाने के लिए पूछना।
12 स्टाॅफ के लिए खाने का सामान मंगाना।
13 आॅफिस स्टाॅफ के लिए शाम 05ः00 बजे चाय बनाकर देना।
14 आॅफिस में जाले चेक कर साफ करना।
15 किचन की साफ-सफाई व सामान चेक करके मंगाना।
16 आॅफिस के अन्दर रखा सामानों का देख-रेख करना।
17 आॅफिस में लगा फैन की साफ-सफाई करना सप्ताह में दो बार।
18 सप्ताह में दो बार बाहर की बालकनी की साफ-सफाई करना।
19 आॅफिस स्टेशनरी का सामान चेक करके मंगाना (महीने में एक बार)
