Job Description

Job Summary:

The Office Boy will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, ensuring cleanliness, assisting staff with basic tasks, and maintaining a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in handling files, documents, and other office materials as directed.
Run errands such as delivering documents, depositing cheques, or purchasing office supplies.
Ensure pantry supplies are stocked and maintained.
Support staff in photocopying, scanning, or filing documents.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs, projector, stationery, refreshments, etc.).
Handle inward and outward courier services.
Perform other general office assistance tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
Prior experience as an office assistant/office boy is preferred.
Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
Ability to communicate in simple English/Hindi/Marathi (as per company need).
Physically fit and active.
