Job Title : Office Boy

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, reliable, and efficient Office Boy to join our team. The Office Boy will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations by performing various general duties, including office maintenance, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including offices, conference rooms, and restrooms.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors as required.
• Assist in handling office deliveries and courier services.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Stock office supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained.
• Help set up meeting rooms, including arranging seating, presentation materials, and refreshments.
• Ensure proper functioning of office equipment like printers, photocopiers, etc., and report issues to the maintenance team.
• Assist in any general administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Support staff with minor errands like photocopying, document filing, and office-related tasks.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum high school.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist with office tasks.
• Basic understanding of office tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
