Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and trustworthy Office Boy to manage basic day-to-day tasks that help ensure smooth office operations. The role involves general housekeeping, serving refreshments, and supporting office staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (pantry, washrooms, and workspaces)
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
• Handle inward and outward courier services
• Assist in moving office items like files, documents, and stationery
• Ensure timely availability of drinking water and pantry supplies
• Support admin and office staff with photocopying, scanning, or any small errands
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness in meeting rooms before and after use
• Dispose of waste responsibly and maintain an organized environment
• Assist in receiving and dispatching materials or documents when required

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Basic reading and understanding skills (preferably in Hindi or Marathi)
• Physically fit and energetic
• Honest, punctual, and well-behaved
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8th or 10th standard pass
• 1–2 years of experience preferred (freshers may also apply)

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days a week)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
