Job Description

1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness o Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen spaces. o Dispose of trash and waste materials regularly.​ 2. Administrative Support o Assist in basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. o Deliver and retrieve documents within the office as required by staff. 3. Hospitality Services o Prepare and serve beverages like tea and coffee to staff and visitors. o Ensure the kitchen area is clean and organized. 4. Errand Running o Run office errands such as purchasing office supplies o Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance needs.​ 5. Meeting Room Preparation o Set up meeting rooms with necessary equipment and refreshments. o Ensure meeting spaces are clean and organized before and after use.​ ✅ Essential Skills & Qualities  Reliability & Punctuality: Being dependable and arriving on time is crucial.  Attention to Detail: Ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately.  Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.  Communication Skills: Basic ability to understand and follow instructions.  Professional Appearance: Maintaining a neat and clean personal appearance.​ �� Qualifications & Experience  Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.  Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.  Training: On-the-job training is often provided to familiarize with specific office procedures
