Office boy

JPosition Summary:

The Office Boy is responsible for providing general support services to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations. This role involves handling office cleaning, carrying machines or materials, assisting in filing work, and performing errands such as market or outdoor tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Handling/Carrying
• Assist in carrying, shifting, and setting up office machines, equipment, and other materials.
• Office Cleaning & Maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
• Ensure proper upkeep of office furniture and equipment.
• Filing & Documentation Support
• Assist in organizing, filing, and maintaining office documents and records.
• Support staff in photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks.
• Market/Outdoor Errands
• Perform outdoor tasks such as delivering/collecting documents, purchasing office supplies, and other related activities as required.
• General Office Assistance
• Serve refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
• Support administrative staff in day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of handling office equipment.
• Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks responsibly.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time, based in office.
• May require local travel for errands and deliveries.
