Job Description

Clerical Support:Assisting with tasks like photocopying, scanning, filing, and delivering documents.
Administrative Tasks:Handling mail and packages, answering phones, and potentially assisting with basic data entry.
Office Maintenance:Ensuring the cleanliness of common areas, pantry, and washrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
Refreshments:Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
Errands:Running errands as needed, such as picking up supplies or delivering items.
Meeting Room Setup:Assisting with setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are tidy before and after meetings.
Equipment Maintenance:Ensuring office equipment like printers and copiers are stocked and functioning, and coordinating repairs when needed.
Visitor Management:Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
Stock Management:Monitoring office supplies and alerting relevant staff when restocking is needed.
Basic Technical Assistance:Assisting with tasks like connecting laptops to projectors or troubleshooting minor issues.
Communication:Effectively communicating with staff and visitors to ensure smooth office operations.

In essence, the Office Boy's role is to provide comprehensive support to the office staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
