Peon / Office Assistant – Job Requirements

1. Education:

  • Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass
  • Higher secondary (12th) preferred

2. Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers can also apply)
  • Experience in office or housekeeping work is an advantage

3. Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of cleaning, filing, and office maintenance
  • Ability to handle documents, deliver messages, and assist staff
  • Good communication and polite behavior
  • Punctual and disciplined
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

4. Physical Requirements:

  • Physically fit and able to carry light office items, files, etc.
  • Should be able to move around the office or premises as needed

5. Personal Attributes:

  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Neat and clean appearance
  • Respectful attitude toward seniors and colleagues
  • Responsible and attentive to duties

6. Other Requirements (if applicable):

  • Knowledge of basic hygiene and cleanliness
  • Willingness to work extra hours when needed
  • Local candidates preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
