Job Title: Payment Collection cum Office Boy

Reporting To: Admin / Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and reliable individual for the dual role of Payment Collection cum Office Boy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting payments from clients, submitting documents to banks and vendors, and performing general office support duties including errands, maintenance of office cleanliness, and support in administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:Payment Collection & Delivery Tasks:

• Visit clients for collection of cheques, cash, or documents as assigned.
• Submit collected payments or documents to the bank or designated departments on time.
• Ensure all collections and deliveries are acknowledged with proper receipts.
• Maintain daily record of collections and submit to Accounts team.
• Handle urgent field duties as per requirement.

Office Support Duties:

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
• Handle basic filing and photocopying.
• Ensure office supplies and pantry items are adequately stocked.
• Support staff with minor errands or deliveries.
• Open and close the office as per schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Should have a valid driving license (2-wheeler).
• Basic understanding of document handling.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local routes and locations.
