We are looking for a responsible and reliable Office Boy to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting with basic office support tasks, handling bank-related work (requires own bike), and serving tea/coffee to staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, including pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle outdoor tasks such as bank deposits, withdrawals, cheque collection, and document delivery (must have own bike).
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical duties as required.
Ensure pantry supplies and office consumables are stocked and replenished.
Support administrative staff in daily routine tasks.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role preferred.
Must own a bike with a valid driving license for outdoor duties.
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
