Office Assitant Cum Driver

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual role that combines basic computer operations with safe and efficient vehicle transportation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Microsoft Excel for data entry and administrative support while also being a responsible driver capable of handling transport-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate computer systems with basic proficiency, including data entry, file management, and administrative reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Accurately input, update, and maintain data records to ensure timely and error-free documentation.
• Possess and maintain a valid 4-wheeler driver's license, and operate company vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
• Transport materials, documents, or personnel as required, following all road safety rules and company protocols.
• Maintain a clean driving record and conduct routine checks to ensure the vehicle remains in good working condition.
• Assist in inventory management, delivery coordination, or office logistics when needed.
• Be flexible and willing to work extra hours or overtime during peak operational periods, with additional compensation provided.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
• Valid 4-wheeler driver’s license with a history of safe driving.
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to adapt to changing tasks or work schedules as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
