Reporting:- To demand, to receive, prepare, submit documents various reports, get approved, communicate to field staff & division head various information, formats in timely manner.
Secondary Sale:- To get Monthly stock & sales statement for distributor, get checked by HOD, update of SSS in software, prepare report & submit in order to provide timely & accurately Secondary Sales achievement.
Sample and Inputs:- To get requisition form MR, to check submit to HOD, get approval, communicate to factory, ensure supply, provide feedback in order to ensure timely sampling to filed staff.
Employee Documents:- To coordinate & ensure timely receipts of HR related documents of field staff by providing various format & receiving from them.
Sales Promotion Scheme:- To coordinate & execute various promotional activities, arrange & distribute various promotional material, receive feedback from field staff, submit to HOD & maintain documents in order to ensure utilization of promotional material.
Co-cordinating Meeting/Training:- To arrange, to call, to coordinate training/meeting of team as per schedule, to collect bills, to ensure payments in order to do smooth implementation of training/meeting.
Office Administration:- To maintain admin, records, items documents, inwards/outwards to ensure smooth working of office facilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
