Key Responsibilities: ● Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications. ● Coordinate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. ● Manage and maintain organized data, client records, and tracking sheets. ● Follow up regularly with clients and leads to ensure satisfaction and timely responses. ● Plan and execute marketing campaigns and follow-up strategies in collaboration with the marketing team. ● Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations as required. ● Use productivity tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, Canva, and ChatGPT to manage workflows and content. ● Handle client calls and provide professional communication support. ● Ensure timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met efficiently
