Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administrative work
  • Maintain files, records, and documentation
  • Assist with billing, data entry, and reports
  • Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Support HR and accounts work (basic level)

Requirements:

  • 12th pass (preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Organized, punctual, and responsible
  • Experience in office administration is an advantage
