Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have good communication skills, and be willing to support day-to-day office operations. Freshers who are enthusiastic about starting their career are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and stationery.
  • Support the Admin team with basic documentation and record keeping.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct queries to the concerned department.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office documents and workspace.
  • Coordinate with staff and management to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Perform any other clerical duties as assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.
  • Punctual, reliable, and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
