Office Assistant Sales

As a Sales Coordinator at the Mumbai office, your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents - Handling and responding to customer inquiries via phone calls and emails - Following up with clients on orders, queries, documentation, and service updates - Organizing and maintaining sales records, customer data, and paperwork - Performing accurate data entry and managing records in Excel and internal systems - Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction - Supporting day-to-day administrative and back-office tasks related to the sales department To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred - Good communication skills in English - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Mail - Ability to learn basic technical details about products - Highly organized with attention to detail - Ability to work independently and within a team - Prior internship or experience in a sales support role is a plus but not required This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
