About the Role: Based in Mumbai and reporting to the P & C Manager, the Office Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day to day administrative workings of our Mumbai office. A typical day may see you managing vendors, guests and Assets collaborating with others to ensure the smooth functioning of our office This is a fixed term engagement for 1 year and will require travel to our office in Mumbai 3 days a week Key Responsibilities: Be seen as a trusted partner to key stakeholders and the wider business for all things office administration Consult and advise on admin matters to create positive experiences and outcomes Speak the business language” to engage and deepen relationships to enable tangible and impactful results Assist the P & C manager and national team with asset recovery and maintenance Own the management of travel bookings Proactive reporting on admin matters with a continuous improvement mindset Connect with other functions within P&C such as Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Remuneration & Benefits to deliver to help improve admin tasks Contribute to an environment conducive for progressive and creative thinking Essential Skills and Experience: We are looking for an experienced and tenacious individual who wants to get involved and continue to drive the great culture at Planit. To be successful in this role you will possess the following: 2-3 years experience in a previous office admin or administrative assistant role Business Acumen & exemplary Communication Skills (both verbal and written).
