OFFICE ASSISTANT

Location: Kangayam, Tirupur

Education: Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. / Any degree with basic electronics knowledge.
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with electronics background can also apply)

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Office Assistant who has basic knowledge of electronics components and Python programming for embedded systems. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day office operations while supporting basic technical documentation, data entry, and coordination for electronic development and testing activities.

• Perform general office administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and correspondence.
• Assist the technical team in maintaining and organizing electronic components, tools, and lab records
• Handle data entry, stock records, and purchase requests for electronic components.
• Provide assistance in Python-based embedded system testing or code uploading activities under supervision.
• Coordinate between departments for project tracking, materials movement, and status updates.
• Maintain office cleanliness, supplies, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Support in preparing test reports, wiring diagrams, and system documentation.

• Maintain office cleanliness, supplies, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of electronic components, circuits, and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with Python programming
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
