Job Description: Office Boy

Position Title: Office Boy
Location: Sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana
Reporting To: Admin Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Pantry & Refreshments

Prepare and serve tea/coffee twice daily to staff and visitors.
Assist in serving food/snacks during office hours or meetings.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area.

Office Maintenance

Perform daily morning cleaning of common areas including reception, meeting rooms, and workstations.
Ensure dusting, mopping, and waste disposal are completed before office hours.

Errands & Purchases

Buy office supplies, groceries, and other items from the market as per instructions.
Handle small cash purchases and maintain receipts for reimbursement.

Support Services

Assist in photocopying, filing, and document delivery within the office.
Help with basic office arrangements during meetings or events.

Requirements

Minimum education: 10th pass or equivalent.
Prior experience in office support or housekeeping preferred.
Basic understanding of hygiene and workplace etiquette.
Polite, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
