Job Details:

Position: Office Boy / General Assistant
Work Time:
Morning: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Evening: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Work Location: Kodialbail, M.G Road, Mangalore.
Work Type: Full-time | Work-from-Office

Key Responsibilities:

Opening the office premises and ensuring all workstations are ready for the day.
Dusting furniture, cleaning desks, and ensuring the office is tidy.
Checking and restocking basic pantry supplies (tea, coffee, water).
Assisting with any immediate morning administrative tasks as required.
Assisting staff with errands, photocopying, or filing documents.
Serving tea/coffee/water to staff or visitors as needed.
Ensuring all lights, air conditioners, and electronic equipment are turned off.
Securing all doors and windows and performing a final walkthrough before locking the office.
Assisting during events etc.

Requirements:

Punctuality: Must be strictly available for the specified morning and evening hours.
Professionalism: Basic communication skills and a polite demeanor.
Reliability: Honest and trustworthy with office property and keys.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
Education: Minimum 10th-grade pass or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
