Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Administrative and Clerical Support:
Manage and maintain student records, files, and documents, ERP Handeling
Manage and maintain Teacher records and their personal files.
Handle correspondence, including drafting letters and managing internal and external mail and deliveries.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or staff.
Perform data entry and assist with maintaining school databases, handle incoming and outgoing mails
CBSE Registration (L.O.C), U.D.I.S.E (Teacher and Student Updation), APAR ID Generation, M.I.S Portal (S.R.N Registration, Re-admission),
Support for Staff and Students:
Assist teachers and staff with their daily requirements, including office supplies and materials.
Help with tasks related to school events, admissions, and examinations.
Distribute information, such as schedules, forms, and important circulars to parents and students.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Assist in creating school schedules and coordinating meetings and appointments.
Help coordinate and prepare for school events.
Update notice boards with daily routines and information.
Office Management:
Ensure office cleanliness and organization.
Operate and maintain office equipment like printers, copiers, and scanners.
Order and manage office supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
