Job Description

We are seeking a Experienced / Fresher reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our legal team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations and assist in maintaining organized case files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize legal documents, case files, and correspondence
  • Assist in Agreement Drafting & Filing
  • Assist team with document preparation and filing
  • Handle client inquiries professionally
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate/follow-up with Clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum SSC or Graduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in a any firm or legal environment preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
