Office Administrator

• Managing the overall studio activities and resourcing
• Providing the team with administrative support, filling, and studio

database

• Assist with sales and new leads
• Provide facilities management overseeing IT, premises maintenance

and consultants, phone lines, studio supplies and stationary.

• A minimum of three to five years’ previous studio management covering

all required areas, within a creative background

• A genuine interest in architecture and interiors
• Confidence in talking to new customers and clients on the phone
• Politeness and professionalism
• Be able to work independently and use initiative, multi-task and

prioritize

• Strong organizational and numerical skills
• Ability to be resilient with a strong can-do attitude
• Great interpersonal skills can work alongside the practice as a whole
• Basic knowledge of employment law and HR procedures and employees

contracts

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude towards the promotion of the company
• Must be fully conversant with all Microsoft office packages and Mac

computers, Photoshop and Adobe InDesign

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
