Job Description

Role Overview: As a Client Support Specialist, your role is to resolve, maintain, and manage clients" software/hardware/network based on service requests raised by end-users. Your primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction by providing timely responses to tickets, maintaining quality parameters in service requests solutioning, and acting as a custodian of clients" network/server/system/storage/platform/infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely response to all tickets raised by client end-users - Solutioning of service requests while maintaining quality parameters - Act as a custodian of clients" network/server/system/storage/platform/infrastructure - Perform root cause analysis of tickets raised and create action plans for resolution - Provide immediate resolution to high-priority tickets/services - Install and configure software/hardware based on service requests - Adhere to timeliness for issue resolution to manage client expectations - Provide application/user access as per client requirements - Track tickets from acceptance to resolution stage - Maintain timely backup of important data/logs - Coordinate with on-site team for complex problem resolution - Review logs gathered by Chat BOTS and ensure timely resolution of service requests/issues Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in administration - Proficiency in English language Note: This is a full-time position located in person at the work location.,
