Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations, accounting entries, CRM updates, and support coordination. The ideal candidate will handle Tally accounting, coordinate with engineers, and ensure smooth backend operations including invoicing, customer follow-ups, and stock management. 📊 Accounting & Finance: Record sales, purchase, and bank entries in Tally Handle petty cash and track daily expenses Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly expense reports 📞 Customer Interaction:Raise new support tickets and maintain issue logs Follow up with customers for outstanding payments Take customer feedback post service or support closure 🧰 CRM & Operations: Maintain and update the CRM with client records, interactions, and job statuses Track and coordinate engineer routes, schedules, and service reports Assist in invoicing and billing processes Manage inventory, including stock taking, reorder alerts, and stock reconciliation 🧾 Documentation & Support: Maintain proper records of service calls, feedback, and resolution timelines Assist in general office administrative tasks as needed Preferred Qualities: Self-motivated and organized Attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with service/support ticketing systems Skills: Tally ERP (essential) MS Excel & Word Basic knowledge of CRM systems Strong follow-up and coordination skills Good written and verbal communication Ability to multitask and prioritize
