Job Description

We are looking for a proactive individual with 0 to 2 years of experience to manage administrative tasks and provide support in basic accounting functions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential. This position is based in Sec 49, Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Assist in basic accounting functions and tasks.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.
  • Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (B.A, B.B.A, B.C.A, B.Com).
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Be familiar with office software and applications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
