Job Description

Office Admin manager To look after day to day operations of a Office in Kasturinagar, Bangalore.

  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Assisting in hiring process
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  • Coordinating and Conducting Office events, parties, games etc
  • Handling housekeeping and Lunch vendors with regular feedback and inputs

Proficiency in Computer Skills like MS-Office and Online tools like Zoho One, Keka etc will be critical need in this job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
