Service Engineer Job Brief - YantraVision designs and manufactures camera based inspection system for the Printing Industry. We are looking for a Service Engineer who will responsible for the uptime of the inspection systems at the customer site. The candidate will handle installation, regular maintenance, customer complaints and new product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities - ● Should be able to work with machines and software and be able to give demonstration to required customer. ● Provide technical support for machine installation, calibration, and maintenance at customer sites. ● Assist customers with machine operation, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure maximum productivity. ● Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to clients. ● Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely. ● Document and report field issues, suggesting product improvements to the R&D or product teams. ● Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during field visits. ● Maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and support. KEY ATTRIBUTES:- ● Customer-oriented and proactive in providing solutions. ● Ability to work independently and in a team environment. ● Adaptability to handle on-site challenges effectively. MUST HAVE:- ● Language know - Telugu, English, Hindi (should be fluent in all 3 language) ● Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites. ● Ability to debug and handle electrical and electronic problems in the field ● Will be placed in Hyderabad requiring travel to other South India cities NICE TO HAVE:- ● Working in Linux OS ● Exposure to camera based inspection systems ● Experience in the Print domain Preferred Experience :- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
