Job Description

We are looking for an Office Admin / Studio Coordinator for a Pilates studio. The role is client-facing and involves handling daily studio operations, scheduling, basic purchases, and overall upkeep of the studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk and interact with clients professionally
  • Manage class schedules, bookings, rescheduling, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with trainers for daily schedules
  • Handle daily purchases and track consumables
  • Maintain basic records and daily operational updates
  • Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance staff
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and studio readiness

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–4 years experience in admin / front desk / office coordination
  • Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp
  • Presentable, organized, and responsible

Working Days

6 days a week (shift-based)

Salary

As per experience and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
