We focus on affordable AMC services and are building a passionate core team of technicians and support staff. What we’re looking for: We’re hiring an Office Admin who’s worked in the water purifier, RO, or softener industry for 1–3 years. You’ll be the backbone of our daily operations — coordinating between sales, service, and customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities: Plan and assign daily tasks to service technicians Coordinate with the sales team to send proposals, invoices, and documents Handle incoming calls and do basic cold calling to follow up with leads Manage customer queries and ensure smooth communication Track daily updates from all team members and maintain records Support basic office admin tasks and ensure smooth workflow Must-haves: Experience in a similar role in the water purifier/RO/softener industry Good communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi Strong coordination and follow-up skills Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and basic computer tools What you’ll get: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives PF/ESIC and other benefits A chance to grow with a startup that values ownership and teamwork Work location: 129, 6th C Main Road, 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru – 560011 If you’re someone who loves keeping things organized and running smoothly, we’d love to have you on board!
