You should have experience in interpreting process PID & Project Specification. It is highly preferable to have AEI basic and detail engineering experience in the COMOS engineering platform. Familiarity with tools like Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) would be beneficial. You should be adept at preparing Instrument Index, Loop list, IO list, motor list, circuit diagram, and terminal plan. Additionally, you should possess sound knowledge of Sizing & Selection of various types of Automatic valves, Analysers, Flow measuring equipment, and other standard field instruments. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for the preparation of technical specifications, offer review, technical evaluation, and approval of supplier documents & drawings. It is essential to consider the local requirements and regulations related to engineering and deliveries. You will be involved in defining control strategies, preparing logic diagrams, draft monitor displays, and control descriptions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for Instrumentation Installation supervision and providing support during start-up, commissioning, and process controls of the plant. Role & responsibilities Experience basic or Feed engineering. Timely delivery of engineering design with respect to cost, Quality and time matrix. Preparation/review of instrument list, instrument index, listing, data sheets, TBA and Inquiry. Support to process/technology team for preparation of layout/P&id and HAZOP etc. Review of basic engineering package design codes and IS/IEC codes Prepare & Review and validation of detail cost estimation. Preparation /Review of technical specification sheet (TSS)/IDS. Evaluation and selection of vendor and preparation of vendor list. Floating of RFQ to approved vendors. Commissioning / troubleshooting of field instrumentation. Selection of field instruments as per application & process. Design and selection of DCS , BPCS & ESD along with inquiry to TBA. Design & selection F&G CCTV and telecom system. Review &: participate in engineering mechanical packages (Compressor, chiller and process packages). Preparation/Review of technical bid evaluation (TBE / TBA ) Review and approval of drawing and documents received from consultant and vendors. Preparation of data sheet, Hookup, JB schedule, Cable schedule etc. Preparation of BOM and tender documents. FAT & SAT for control system and critical instruments. Exposure to Hazop & SIL review. Support to the site project team for any difficulties at site.
