Odoo Technical Developer

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Technical Developer with over 3 years of practical experience to become a valuable part of our expanding development team. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, customizing, and implementing Odoo ERP modules to fulfill business needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong Python proficiency and a background in working with the Odoo framework along with its modular architecture. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and customizing Odoo modules using Python, XML, and QWeb, adapting existing Odoo modules, and creating new modules based on functional prerequisites. You will work in close collaboration with functional consultants to transform business requirements into technical solutions. Furthermore, you will develop and manage APIs and integrations with external systems, employ front-end technologies to craft user-friendly interfaces within Odoo, perform data migration, version upgrades of the Odoo platform, and provide technical support and issue resolution for existing Odoo implementations. It is also essential to optimize performance and uphold code quality by following best practices. The preferred skills for this role include a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Odoo Developer with technical expertise, proficiency in Python, XML, QWeb, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript, a solid grasp of Odoo architecture, ORM, and MVC framework, hands-on experience with core Odoo modules like Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR, familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows, proficiency in API integration (REST/JSON), and the ability to work autonomously while effectively managing tasks.
