Odoo Developer Customization Specialist

As an Odoo Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in customizing and enhancing our Odoo ERP system. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Customizing and extending existing Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements - Developing new modules and integrating them with third-party applications/APIs - Configuring the Odoo ERP system based on client or internal team needs - Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements - Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code - Conducting unit testing and providing user acceptance testing support - Troubleshooting deployed Odoo solutions - Maintaining Odoo environments and assisting with upgrades and patches Your core technical skills should include: - Proficiency in Odoo (versions 12 to 16) development and customization - Strong knowledge of Python, especially Odoo ORM and scripting - Understanding of Odoo architecture and modular structure - Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL databases - Proficiency in XML for Odoo views - Knowledge of JavaScript for client-side logic and custom widgets Additionally, you should be well-versed in web technologies such as: - HTML5, CSS3, and JQuery - Experience with either Bootstrap or Tailwind for UI customizations Experience with version control tools like Git, GitHub, GitLab, and deployment using Odoo.sh or self-hosted Odoo servers will be advantageous.
