Occupational Therapist

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves working closely with children facing neurodevelopmental challenges and helping them achieve greater independence in their daily activities.

You will play a key role in assessing, planning, and delivering individualised therapy programs in a supportive and child-friendly environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess and evaluate children's functional abilities and developmental needs.

• Work with children diagnosed with ADHD, ASD, Cerebral Palsy, GDD and other neurodevelopmental conditions.

• Improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and social participation.

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers and other healthcare professionals and educate them on home-based strategies and therapies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational therapy.

• Valid professional registration/license.

• Prior experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, GDD or related conditions.

• Strong communication, observation and interpersonal skills.

• Patient, empathetic and child focused approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
