Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Occupational Therapist to help clients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily tasks following injury, illness, or disability. The OT will assess patients’ conditions, create customized intervention plans, and work collaboratively with healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate clients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
• Assist patients with improving motor skills, daily living activities, and work-related tasks.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and train patients in its use.
• Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, psychologists, and families.
• Document patient progress, treatment updates, and discharge plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on coping strategies and home programs.
• Ensure a safe and motivating therapeutic environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT/MSOT/OTD).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
