Job Description

1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess childrens developmental, sensory, motor, cognitive, and emotional skills. 2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and in collaboration with the child's family and other healthcare professionals. 3. Set goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART). 4. Implementing evidence-based interventions to improve children's abilities to participate in daily activities such as self-care, school tasks, play, and social interactions by using a variety of techniques, modalities, and activities to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, visual perception, and self-regulation. 5. Provide education and training to parents/caregivers on strategies to support their child's development and facilitate progress outside of therapy sessions. 6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessment results, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. 7. Advocate for the needs of children with disabilities or developmental delays within the community, schools, and healthcare systems. Promote awareness and inclusion to improve access to services and support for children and their families.
