Job Description:

Blue Bell Plus Care Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will work with individuals of all ages to improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive needs
• Develop personalized therapy plans to improve motor skills and independence
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions
• Use therapeutic techniques and assistive devices to enhance mobility and function
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and home therapy programs
• Maintain accurate patient records and track progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid certification and registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in pediatric, neurological, or orthopedic rehabilitation is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
