Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating children with various developmental challenges to improve their abilities in daily living and work environments. Day-to-day tasks include developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with other therapists and medical professionals, communicating with families, and providing guidance and support throughout the rehabilitation process. The role requires consistent interaction with pediatric patients, ensuring their specific needs are met.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy skills and pediatric experience
• Knowledge in Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
• Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach in dealing with children with special needs
• Relevant certifications and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience in early intervention therapy is a plus
