We are inviting passionate and qualified professionals to join our multidisciplinary team of therapists dedicated to supporting young children in their developmental journey.

1. Speech Therapist

Qualification:

• Master’s in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP)
• RCI Certification (mandatory)
• Additional certification in Oral Motor Therapy will be an added advantage

Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience, preferably working with children aged 2–6 years
• Proficient in conducting assessments and individualized therapy sessions

2. Occupational Therapist

Qualification:

• Master’s in Occupational Therapy

Certification:

• AIOTA Certification (preferred)

Experience:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in pediatric occupational therapy
• Skilled in assessments, sensory integration, and therapy planning

3. Behavioral Therapist

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Psychology (specialization in Child Psychology preferred)
• Additional Diploma in Child Psychology will be an added advantage

Certification:

• Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or Behavior Modification Techniques (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Behavioral Therapist in an intervention center
• Minimum 1+ year of experience working with children aged 2–6 years
