Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical evaluations, screenings, and assessments of employees- Evaluate and manage work-related injuries and illnesses- Provide medical consultations and advice to employees on work-related health issues- Conduct Health Risk Assessments for clients in various industries- Develop and implement occupational health programs and policies- Develop and manage plans for emergency medical response for offshore clients- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as HR / HSE / OHS departments, to promote a healthy workplace environment- Stay up-to-date with the latest occupational health trends and regulationsQualifications:- Degree from a reputed medical institution in India / for foreign graduates are also eligible.- Current and valid final medical council registration is mandatory- Occupational health qualification / certification preferredExperience:- Minimum of 1 years experience in Occupational Medicine or 3 years in a clinical setting is required- Casualty / ICU work experience will be an added advantage.
