Job Description

You will be joining a state-of-the-art hospital that is deeply committed to providing comprehensive prenatal, postnatal, and neonatal care. As we expand our services to include a dedicated ICU for neonates, we are seeking a dedicated Gynecology & Obstetrics Specialist to take the lead in managing and overseeing the Gynecology and Obstetrics department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and deliver exceptional care to our patients, ensuring the best possible healthcare experience for both mothers and children. Your responsibilities will include leading the Gynecology & Obstetrics Department, where you will have full autonomy to manage all aspects of prenatal, postnatal, and obstetric care. This will involve managing routine and high-risk pregnancies, overseeing deliveries (both normal and cesarean), and performing gynecological surgeries. You will have the freedom to implement best practices and innovative approaches to patient care, working in your own style while upholding the highest standards of care. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising and collaborating with a dedicated team of medical and nursing staff. You will have the authority to recommend and hire staff based on the department's needs, ensuring effective team management. Your role will also involve providing compassionate, evidence-based care to pregnant women, managing both routine and emergency cases, and overseeing the training of junior doctors, nurses, and medical staff within the department. Collaboration with other departments, such as pediatricians and anesthesiologists, will be crucial to ensure coordinated patient care. You will be expected to maintain all medical procedures, protocols, and hospital policies while upholding the highest standards of care. To be successful in this role, you should possess an MD/MS in Obstetrics & Gynecology or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of [X] years of experience in managing high-risk pregnancies and gynecological surgeries. Strong leadership skills, the ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, and effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team are essential requirements. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where patient care is always a top priority. In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with full autonomy and flexibility in managing the department. You will receive support for staff hiring and team development, access to the latest medical technologies and resources, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, professional environment that values your expertise.,
