Observability Architect

Role Overview: As an Observability Lead, your primary responsibility will be to define and implement the observability strategy and roadmap for the enterprise. This will involve aligning the strategy with business objectives and IT architecture vision. Your role will include designing and developing observability solutions covering Monitoring, Logging, and Alerting to ensure comprehensive visibility into system performance, health, and reliability. Tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana will be essential for achieving these objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical leadership and guidance to observability engineers and App developers - Ensure quality and consistency of observability solutions through hands-on execution - Collaborate with IT stakeholders including application owners, developers, operations, security, and governance teams - Understand observability needs and requirements of stakeholders and provide appropriate solutions and tools - Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on implemented solutions - Evaluate and recommend new observability technologies and tools - Conduct proof of concepts and pilots to assess feasibility and value of new technologies Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in observability technologies and tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana - Proven experience in providing technical leadership and guidance - Ability to collaborate effectively with various IT stakeholders - Knowledge and experience in evaluating and recommending new technologies - Excellent communication skills to facilitate knowledge transfer sessions,
