Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an O365 Administrator located in the Eastern Suburbs. The O365 Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining Office 365 services and applications, ensuring optimal performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additional responsibilities include user account and permissions management, implementing and maintaining security policies, monitoring the health of Office 365 environments, and providing technical support to users. The candidate will also collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance productivity and align IT solutions with the organization’s needs.

Responsibilities :

• Knowledge on Microsoft Entra connect for on-premises identity synchronization with Azure AD and SSO.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills on AD and Office 365.
• PowerShell scripting skills for various Office 365 admin tasks and reporting.
• Discovery to advance mailbox search.
• Basic knowledge on Azure information protection.
• on-premises Exchange server hybrid with Office 365.
• Basic knowledge on various antispam and mail flow.
• Advanced knowledge on Autodiscover, SPF, DKIM, public DNS management.
• Knowledge on other Office 365 options like conditional access policies, Application SSO etc.
• Managing and Configuring our Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint
• Online, Teams and host of other products provided by Microsoft.
• Candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and security
• configuration of our Office 365 instance.
• Maintain a high level of availability for all Office 365 services, including email, SharePoint,
• OneDrive, and Team.
• Monitor the service health and performance of Office 365 and all its products and take proactive
• measures to prevent or mitigate issues.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with company policies.
• Configure and manage security settings and compliance features to protect data and ensure
• regulatory compliance.
• Perform regular backups of data and systems and develop and test disaster recovery plans.
• Stay updated on new features and capabilities, and plan and execute upgrades and migrations
• as needed.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Write and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and configurations.
• Train and support end users on the use of Office 365 applications and features.
• Conduct research and make recommendations on new products and solutions to improve
• productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor trends and developments in the Office 365 ecosystem and keep abreast of changes in the competitive landscape.
