Job Title: Invoice Submitter Experience: 6 months – 2 years Location: Kanjurmarg(Mumbai) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Invoice Submitter to handle invoice processing, submissions, and coordination with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate must have basic accounting knowledge, strong data entry skills, and good written and spoken English. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit invoices accurately and on time to clients/customers/vendors. Verify billing details and supporting documents before submission. Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, etc.) for invoice approvals. Track submitted invoices and follow up for acknowledgements or payments. Maintain invoice records in the system and ensure proper documentation. Handle queries related to invoices and resolve discrepancies. Communicate professionally via email and calls as required. Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of experience in invoice submission, billing, or accounts-related role. Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication. Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines. Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus. Job Description: Travel to client locations to diagnose and troubleshoot laptop issues. Repair or replace defective laptop components on-site (hard drives, RAM, keyboards, screens, etc.). Install, update, and configure operating systems and software applications at client sites. Perform data backup and recovery services as needed. Provide technical support and advice directly to clients in the field. Document repairs and maintain records of services performed. Manage inventory of parts and tools while on the go. Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction during field visits. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and repair techniques. Requirements: Proven experience as a laptop repair technician, preferably with field service experience. Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Flexibility to travel frequently. Certification in computer repair or relevant field is a plus.
