Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical hiring , strong expertise in using job boards , and the ability to create and maintain recruitment dashboards . You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the best-fit candidates are hired for diverse IT roles while providing insights through recruitment analytics. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions (sourcing → screening → interviews → offer closure → onboarding). Source candidates through job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc.), referrals, networking, and internal databases. Conduct technical screenings and evaluate candidates on their IT/domain skills . Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define role expectations. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical IT skills (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.). Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, etc.). Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS/recruitment system. Negotiate salary packages and close offers with shortlisted candidates. Stay updated with emerging technologies and IT hiring trends . Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter (corporate or staffing). Strong expertise in using job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, etc.) for sourcing. Proven experience in technical hiring across multiple domains (software development, cloud, data, DevOps, etc.). Experience in creating and managing recruitment dashboards & reports . Proficiency with ATS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Key Competencies Strong analytical & reporting skills (for dashboards).
