Key Responsibilities: 1. Plant Operations & Production: Oversee daily plant operations for NVH product manufacturing (rubber sheets cutting & blanking). Ensure achievement of production targets, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and delivery commitments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma). 2. Quality & Customer Focus: Ensure adherence to quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Drive defect prevention, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
