Nutraceutical Formulation & Production Executive

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Nutraceuticals Manufacturing or Production
Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Tech. in Food Science or Food Technology

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Formulation Chemist / Production Executive / R&D Executive to join our Nutraceuticals division. The ideal candidate will oversee product formulation, production, and compliance with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and industry regulations.

This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can manage end-to-end manufacturing processes and contribute to product innovation in the health and wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize formulations for new and existing nutraceutical products (syrups, liquids, effervescent tablets, sports protein powders, capsules, and tablets).
• Conduct research on ingredients, interactions, and market trends to support innovative product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D and production with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
• Maintain compliance with all BMR and production documentation.
• Develop premix formulas and assist with customer quotations.
• Research emerging technologies and trends in wellness, fitness, and bodybuilding supplements.

Candidate Profile:

• Must have relevant experience in a Nutraceuticals company (preferably in Gujarat).
• Should not be a local candidate from Gujarat but originally from another state and open to relocate to Ludhiana.
• Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience in nutraceutical formulations and production management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
